We're an asphalt paving company based right here in Surrey. We pave driveways and parking lots, fix potholes, seal and resurface worn asphalt, and handle the grading and base work that makes all of it last. Residential or commercial, big lot or single driveway, we treat every job the same way: get the base right, grade it to drain, and finish it clean.
Asphalt out here lives a hard life. Metro Vancouvergets a ton of rain, and water is what breaks asphalt down faster than anything else. A lot of the failed driveways and lots we get called to look fine on the surface but were never built to drain. So that's where we put our attention. The part you don't see, the base and the slope, is the part that decides how long your paving lasts.
We keep it straightforward. You call, we come look at the job, and we give you an honest quote and honest advice. If a repair will get you a few more good years, we'll tell you. If it's time to replace, we'll tell you that too. No pressure, no upselling, just solid work and a fair price.
